CGPA Calculator Branding Self-Hosted

1. The CGPA Calculator is provided free of charge for use on haqem.com web and mobile apps by the university and its students.
2. As this is a free tool, support and maintenance are provided on a limited basis. Any updates or enhancements to the CGPA Calculator will be made available at the discretion of Haqem Network.
3. Haqem Network is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the calculation results, or any decisions made based on the information provided by the CGPA Calculator.
4. The CGPA Calculator includes a mandatory watermark that links back to our main domain, haqem.com. This watermark must remain visible and intact on all pages where the calculator is used.
5. Haqem Network reserves the right to revoke the free usage of the CGPA Calculator at any time if these terms are violated or for any other reason deemed necessary.
6. The CGPA Calculator is provided under a limited license for use only as specified in these terms. Users may not sublicense, transfer, or assign the license to any third party without explicit permission from Haqem Network.
7. Users may not modify, remove, or obscure the watermark or any other branding included with the CGPA Calculator. Any attempt to do so will be considered a breach of these terms and conditions.
8. Users are prohibited from decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code or underlying structure of the CGPA Calculator.
9. The CGPA Calculator, including its design, code, and any related documentation, is the intellectual property of Haqem Network. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the CGPA Calculator or its components is strictly prohibited.
10. Haqem Network reserves the right to enforce these terms through legal action if necessary. Any breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the CGPA Calculator.
11. Haqem Network reserves the right to monitor the use of the CGPA Calculator to ensure compliance with these terms. This may include logging access and usage data.
12. The CGPA Calculator does not collect or store personal data from users. However, the university is responsible for ensuring that the usage complies with applicable data protection regulations.
13. Users must report any suspected violations of these terms or unauthorized use of the CGPA Calculator to Haqem Network immediately.
14. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haqem Network from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the CGPA Calculator, including any claims arising from unauthorized use or distribution.
15. The CGPA Calculator is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Haqem Network makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the tool.
16. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
17. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the CGPA Calculator and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
18. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the CGPA Calculator following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
